The team applies different tools and software both from the east and west hemisphere as per the nature of the project as well as the profile of the client and the contractors.
MEP DESIGN
Building services including mechanical, electrical and plumbing are just essential services of any structure that provide life in it. The team is organized independently and work collaboratively from scheme to final designs which is very convenient to come up with a coordinated, consistent and easily applicable design outputs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project management section has three parts; the bill of quantities, the onsite construction supervision and the contract admiration. The service is equipped with highly experienced and exposed engineers in which the bill of quantities team itemizes, quantifies, specifies as well as prepare engineers estimates collaboratively with the other design teams and assist bids and tender evaluations in case requested by client.
The onsite supervision and contract admiration team is highly responsible in administrating of online projects in terms of time, quality and cost based on contracts between the client and the contractor. The site supervision team has also worked as a resident supervision as well as intermittent supervision of works and activates on construction sites as per the engineering discipline.
